Account information: name, email address, password (hashed), and account role (job seeker or company).

CV and profile data: resumes/CVs you upload (PDF, image, DOCX, or text), and the skills, education, experience, and category extracted from them.

Company data: job postings, requirements, and hiring preferences submitted by companies.

Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, device and browser information, and log data.

Billing data: subscription and payment details processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

We use your information to parse and categorise CVs, match job seekers with relevant postings, facilitate connections (chat, scheduling, and video meetings), process payments, send service notifications, and improve the accuracy of our matching.

We share limited profile information (initials, role category, skills, experience, and location) with companies as anonymised candidate cards. Full contact details are only shared once a company explicitly unlocks a candidate.

We use third-party processors to operate the Service, including Mistral AI for CV parsing and candidate re-ranking, a vector database for semantic search, Stripe for billing, and Google for Meet links and calendar invites. These providers process data on our behalf and under their own data protection terms.

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain account and CV data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, hashed credentials, access controls) to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
