Terms of Service

JobzseekerAI is a marketplace that helps job seekers get matched with companies using CV parsing, semantic search, and connection tools such as chat and scheduled video meetings.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter a binding contract to use the Service.

You agree not to upload false or misleading information, post discriminatory or fraudulent job listings, misuse contact details unlocked through the platform, or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service.

Core job seeker features are free. Uploading a CV grants us a limited license to process, parse, and index it solely to provide matching within the Service.

Companies may subscribe to paid plans for higher match limits and candidate-unlock allowances. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe, renew automatically until cancelled, and downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Candidate contact details are anonymised by default and only revealed to a company when explicitly unlocked, subject to that company's plan limits. Unlocked contact information must only be used for legitimate recruiting purposes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated matches and categorisations are probabilistic and not guaranteed to be accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobzseekerAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
